1.Translate the garment orders. Edit and translate the documents and materials in the process of conmmunicating with clients.
翻译服装订单，客户沟通过程中涉及的文件资料翻译及编辑工作；

2.Be familiar with clothing technology, cost accounting. To collect and details quotation and decide the most competitive manufactures to appoint process in short time.
熟悉服装工艺，核算成本，短时间收集详细报价及决定最具竞争性加工厂进行委外加工；

3.Full tracing on QC and manufactures to push the production process, guarantee the quality and delivery date.
全程跟踪QC及厂家密切联系，推进生产进度，保证质量及货期；

4.Tracing on the order’s dilivery date, dispatch date and account payable.
跟踪订单交货、发货、收款情况等工作；

5.On time document transfer to Finance team and support foreign exchange payment and receipt.
按时并妥善交接进出口报关单，发票和出口核销单，协助财务完成供应商和客户收付汇；

6.Tracing import and export vessel and flight schedule and update information to clients.
跟踪进出口货物船期和航班安排并通知客户相关运输信息。

8.Receive other temporary work.
接收其他临时工作。

全程跟踪公司生产中的定单，保证大货的质量，货期和控制原材料的单耗
